WALKING COACH TRAINING
Do you want to guide people during walks and organize walking training sessions or activities yourself?
Become a walking coach and guide walking groups
During this four-day practical training course, you will learn how to guide, motivate, and enable walkers to move in a safe and responsible manner. You will work on walking technique, training structure, posture, load and capacity, nutrition, recovery, and injury prevention.
You will learn how to set up activities for different target groups and levels. In doing so, we also pay attention to coaching, group dynamics, safety along the way, and clearly explaining and demonstrating exercises.
A large part of the training is practical. You will stand in front of the group yourself, lead training modules, and receive direct feedback from the trainers and specialists from the field.
Upon completion, you will have the knowledge and practical experience to independently conduct walking training and activities at, for example, a walking club, running group, or gym, or to start working as an independent walking coach.
This course covers the following dates: November 14 and 15 & December 12 and 13, 2026
