This holiday is designed for sporty families with children aged 6 to 18 who love being outdoors, adventure, and being active together. The children do not need to have any experience with the activities. We group them based on age, experience, and skill level, ensuring that both beginners and sporty, experienced children receive sufficient challenge. On each active day, parents choose between trail running and hiking, for which we offer various levels. Can't join in one day? No problem. You can also opt for a quiet day, the pool, the sauna, or simply some time for yourself. Solo parents with children are also very welcome. It is precisely the combination of a dedicated program for the children and activities for the parents that makes this trip very suitable for them. This way, you experience the holiday together as a family, while everyone also has their own adventure.

The family holiday takes place in Götzens, Tyrol, in a quiet location just above Innsbruck. You will stay at Hotel Edelweiss, with mountain views, a lovely garden, swimming pool, sauna, and cozy dining area. Most activities start from here, or you will be taken to the starting locations, such as the Bike School Innsbruck, the Ötztal, or Natterersee, via a short transfer. An ideal base for adventure and relaxation.

During this family vacation, at least 5 experienced Alltractive guides will be present for both parents and children. Our tour leaders ensure the smooth running of the program, accompany parents during trail running and hiking, and serve as the point of contact for questions throughout the entire trip. For specialized activities, we collaborate with professional local instructors and guides, including for mountain biking, climbing, and canyoning. During the activities, the children are grouped by age and skill level. This allows the children to experience their own adventures, while the parents choose between trail running, hiking, or a moment to themselves.

Prices per participant Adult €795 Child 6–11 years €645 Child 12–15 years €695 Child 16–18 years €795 Payment After your booking, you pay 20% of the total travel cost within two weeks. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before departure. Would you prefer to pay for the trip in installments? That is possible. Please indicate this in the 'Comments' field when booking, and we will contact you regarding the options. Why does the price differ by age? As children get older, the program and supervision change. The activities are tailored to age and level and can be more intensive and challenging for older children. The necessary equipment may also vary by age group.

From what age can children join?

This family holiday is suitable for children aged 6 to 18. During the activities, we divide the children by age, experience, and level.

Do the children need to have experience with the activities?

Co-funding is not required. Experience with mountain biking, climbing, or canyoning is not necessary. Beginners receive explanation and guidance, and for children with more experience, we seek extra challenges where possible.

Does my child need to bring their own mountain bike?

Co-funding is not required. The mountain bike and necessary safety equipment are included. The children will go mountain biking under the guidance of professional instructors from Bike School Innsbruck.

Is canyoning also suitable for young children?

Yes. We work with different groups. The younger children do kids' canyoning, while older and more experienced children can follow a more challenging canyoning program.

Does my child need to be a good swimmer?

For activities in and around the water, it is important that children feel comfortable in the water. During canyoning, the children receive the necessary safety equipment and are accompanied by professional canyoning guides.

What if my child finds an activity scary?

That can happen, of course. We encourage children to try new things, but we do not force anyone to do an activity they really do not want to or dare to do. Together with the support staff, we look at what is possible at that moment.

What do the parents do while the children are out?

The parents have their own active program. On most days, you choose between guided trail running and hiking, for which we offer various levels. Don't you want to come along sometime? Then, of course, you can also relax at the hotel, go swimming, visit the sauna, or do something on your own.

Are parents and children out together too?

Yes. It is emphatically a family holiday. Parents and children have partly their own program, but there are also shared moments. For example, we go to the Natterer See together and eat together at the hotel every evening.

Can single parents traveling with children also come along?

Certainly! This trip is very suitable for single parents traveling with children. While the children are out on an adventure with their own group, as a parent you can join the other parents for a trail run or hike. So you don't have to travel with another family to join.

What happens in bad weather?

We are active in the mountains and therefore dependent on the conditions. In the event of bad weather or other circumstances affecting the program, activities may be swapped, rescheduled, or replaced by a suitable alternative.

Is lunch included?

Lunch for the children is included every day. Lunch for the parents is not included.

What else is included?

In addition to the stay with breakfast and dinner, the package includes, among other things, activities for the children, supervision, necessary equipment, bus and lift passes, local transport, daily lunch for the children, and the BBQ after canyoning.
