We run at an easy pace so that everyone can keep up comfortably and get used to trail running in the dark and in winter conditions.

Time to put your new knowledge straight into practice! You choose a trail run of approximately 5, 10, or 15 kilometers, suited to your level and preferences. We run through the vibrant heart of Innsbruck and along the beautiful trails surrounding the city. Depending on the weather and snow conditions, we might discover the Nordkette, the Sillschlucht, or the Bergisel area, for example.

In the afternoon, you decide what you feel like doing. Relax on a sunny terrace in the city, visit the Alpine Zoo, or explore the historic center of Innsbruck. Do you still have energy left? Then you can join a beautiful trail run of approximately 12 kilometers back to the hotel.
